WB Samantha concern....

I have another dating type of question, and it is also concerning my frined's WB Samantha.

The doll is in great condition, but her eyelashes are stiffer and harder then my 91 Sam's. A little bit fo a darker brown as well. Her coloring is more rosy. And her hair is lighter shade of brown. For those of you with WB Samanthas, does this sound like it should be? I guess I expected her to look older than mine, but she doesn't. And her eyelashes concern me. Their a little bit darker, stiffer, and narrower than my 91, which has very soft eyelashes. I compared the WB to a recent Felcity, who's eyelashes are stiff and black. The WB actually looks in between the recent Felcity and the 91' Samantha. Here's a link for pictures. I am worried that the WB had a recent head replacement, which makes the whole point of a WB mute.

My white body has longer stiffer eyelashes... her hair is lighter than my old pm one I had..,. her face is more pale than the newer sams....

Looks like my WB Sam to me :-). I wouldn't worry.

I don't think any of the mattel dolls had that light brown hair. It's lovely!

She's pretty! I just received a WB Kirsten today, and I would say that her eyelashes are similar to those on your friend's Samantha. I agree that they are not as soft as the lashes on our PM (but not white-bodied) dolls, and they do not span as much of the eyelid width (they are, however, exceptionally long).

Thanks guys! I feel better now. [img]smile.gif[/img] I am sort of a suspicous worrier type anyway. Some call me paranoid. [img]tongue.gif[/img] But I think that there is no such thing as too much caustion in some ways. I just feel like the world is full of people ready to screw you over, and like to be cautios. But now I won't have to worry about this!
